Match Reschedule options:
1) Default the match, don't bug Joe to change your match times.
2) Obtain the Phone # of opponent from Avanti Tournament Desk or Avanti Sports. Ask the opponent to reschedule the match and play on your own at a different site before the next scheduled round. The opponent has the right to refuse and take the default.
3) Read #1 again!!! |

Rain Out Policy: In event of rain please call the tournament desk 90 minutes before scheduled match for new time or look up our Website www.avantisports.com for new match times. We have indoor courts at Nordstrom and Amy Yee back up. Do not call before 90 minutes of scheduled match times as a decision can not be made until then and your call will tie up the phone line. Tournament staff will be calling matches rescheduled to indoors. If complete rainout, call Nordstrom Tennis Center at 206-543-8185 or Amy Yee Tennis Center at 206-684-4764, 90 minutes before match. There will be a $5.00 per person court fee collected for any indoor tennis center court used due to rain out. Players are responsible for any guest fees generated at other clubs due to rain outs. |

All final rounds will be scheduled Monday night after the tournament and available Tuesday morning due to the threat of rain as predicted in the forcast for Wednesday and Thursday. Finals will be played on either Wednesday or Thursday. In the event of a complete rain-out, we will overflow into Friday. Please check back on the draws and pay attention to when your draw was updated. |
